I'm meeting with an agency owner today to go over some job offer documents. The sales job is with an Allstate agency in my local area. What kinds of questions should I ask in this meeting? Thanks.

How competitive are your products? How is Allstates claims handling? How can we work together so we can both grow and be successful? What type of marketing does the agency do? What days can I play golf?

Ask what they can do for marketing tools for YOU. Also don't box yourself in too much in your area. Consider agencies in other states with great support.
