Yes it will be tier 4 covered only on plans with $415 deductible covered

I doubt plans will pay well on that even when its covered

What if you don't smoke joints? That's wasteful, as too much goes "up in smoke". I use a one hitter or a water pipe. Would I still get the same rates as a "joint smoker"?
