Has anyone had any experience with a house being destroyed because the land it is sitting on fell into the lake? Do you think there is coverage?

I believe only Florida has mandatory coverage for catastrophic ground cover collapse, typically a reference to sinkholes but fitting here. For other states it depends on the contract.
