ever since covid, a lot of IMO's are telesales only, no chance at contracting with them for field sales... what is the thinking here? I would think they would at least give the agent the choice... maybe they switched over to virtual during covid and like it and it is successful and never do see a future where they may switch back?

Poor thinking.

Those policies are easy picking if you do it correctly. As for agents who think they have to stay in a IMO that think this way, they need to evaluate their own thinking.
