I've read once and again that agents are generating there own leads. What they usually don't disclose is how they do it.
Does anybody have experience with companies who will make you a lead generating web site and offer it with maintenance?

Well...not a company, but a person. And you need to work at at it once the site is complete. But you'll be rewarded.
