Yeah, but the companies approved by SNL have done away with fixed cost leads. Enjoy them while you got them. I did order some Tele leads from Matt Lowry, The Lead Jerk, at $9 each. They seem pretty decent.

My last order of direct mail leads for FE was for a 1000 piece drop. I received a total of 1 (one) reply card. The vendor mailed another 1000 for me in adifferent area. So far. I have received 0 (zero) replies. Is that some kind of record?
Did they mail the same zip codes the second time around?
2000 cards and one return? I'd say that is a record because it seems almost impossible.
Out of curiosity, which card did you mail?
I'm sending out 1004 next week FE ... I'll start a thread in the FE forum to track the results. I'm using MS Powermail and a Walmart gift card incentive mailer. I was going to use Lead Concepts this time, but no CRM with no mapping of the responders and non-responders is a deal breaker for me. MSPowermail and Kramer both have it, and I am so used to being able to pull that up on my iPad and go knocking, it makes no sense for me to pay Lead Concepts more for what to me is a whole lot less.
The second mailing was different zip codes. I used the lead that did not offer the Walmart card. My 1000 mailing before these offered the Walmart card and I received 14 returns.
I used Lead Concepts because they are approved by SNL.

I wonder if you called Tommy if he'd approve MSPowermail? If you don't mind knocking a door to someone who got the mailer but didn't mail it back in, the MSP is much more bang for the buck, imo.
Have you just ordered these? Did you work them yet? How do you feel about the result you got from them? For example, did you contact them by phone or door knock? Did they remember the call or did they claim it wasn't them?
And how did you work these and what did you think of the result? What prompted you to choose a non-incentive card rather than the Walmart card?
I talked to Tommy about getting Matt Lowery approved.. Hasn't happened yet.
I have worked a few of the tile leads from Matt.. About the same response as others. Almost all remembered the call. About half say they told the caller they were not interested... However, all did agree to "receive the information" before the call ended. At $9 per lead, they sure seem worthwhile. If SNL would approve them, it would only be $4.50 per lead.
I don't do phone contacts.. F2F door knock only..
It seemed several might have just sent the card in for the card.. Was trying to see how it would be without the offer. Apparently not too good.
