Thanks for the kind words Bob. Yes, direct mail has treated my well and I think the folks who are interested in doing direct mail themselves would be best served coming up with a unique piece to separate themselves from the crowd.

I've read a lot of your posts and I believe you have said many times you don't use a BRC. Do you use an 800 number for them to call?

Do you use a window envelope, or standard?
