Here we go again!!! The one and only financial genius returns. As you would state. Let's keep things positive. You never answered one of my last post in which I asked you how much money do you have under management? I bet I could guess!!!! On a serious note you are an expert in fe sales aren't you? I do remember you stating you had sold one fe policy. You blow me away how great you are. Become a trainer. You would get rich!!!!!! Your awesome!!!! Go get em Matt

I realize you and Matt have issues. But speaking as some one just watching your exchanges in my opion it hurts you more. Matt can be as much of a Dick as he wants he is not trying to recruit people. As a recruiter/manager these threads don't put you in a great light, just my opion take it for what you will.

How are you able to offer 100% contracts with SL and Greg, who has been there longer and has more people under him, can only do 80%? That's a big difference.

Let me clarify:

I can give an agent 100% contract, but it will be for someone who doesn't need any hand holding, someone who knows what he/she is doing.

They can even get DM leads for $24 that have "life insurance" and "burial expense" mentioned on them 3-5 times. I can have these leads dropped in the zip codes of their choice. You can also get these leads on credit, and have the Co. deduct your lead charge from your advance comm. (If you quit before these leads are worked I'll work the using tele-sales from my office in Raleigh, NC, so I don't have any risk).

The advance is 65% (8 months) with good credit, 50% (6 months) with shaky credit, and 25%(3 months) with horrible credit.

Also, I'll expect at least $2000 production per 20 leads you work or I'll know you are using these leads to write biz elsewhere.

Available in NC, Va., Tenn., Il., La., Tx., NM, Neb., Md., Ind., and Mich. The rates are a little higher than most Co.'s but then the underwriting is more liberal also. You never have to worry that underwriting will deny an app you send up. If interested contact me to see if this is a good match for you and for me.

Why do you criticize Matt for not answering questions you posed in your last post when you have never answered any of the questions posed to you?

Very True! A dick I can be...But if you ever talked to me off the forum, you know I'm laid back... If your just going to recruit people to get rich, chances are it won't work out for you...The people underneath you will tell you don't care and are just looking out for yourself...It's usually the selfless individuals who make it long term when it comes to being a recruiter...

As far as my assets under management, I provided you a detailed report of where I stand currently. Hope that answers your question, MGA

You may need to go back to an old post in which I stated the answers to most of your question.

I saw you posted 100% first year commission but did not see anything about renewal rates, vesting terms, when vesting terminates, under what conditions vesting can be stopped, etc. If a person is in the busienss for the long term, there is more to it that 100% first year commission and 75% advance and a few company trips.
