Liability and Excess Package Programs

Looking for a Liability and Excess package program in Texas for commercial properties. Anyone know of any?

They don't do hospitality or habitational.

are you looking for LRO or owner occupied?

RCA-Insurance has a great Hospitality program for businesses not so much for the LRO.

Tower Group / Hermitage does really well with Habitation (multi-family dwellings)

Travelers also does well if it is an apartment building 6+ units.

Robt..... Thanks for the info. I would need to go thru MGA or Wholeseller. I am assuming RCA is an MGA. And I think they are specialized in Restaurants more than hotel/motel.

Anyway, If Towers is a company than I dont think they would appointment. May not meet volume just yet.
