Licenses transfer to another state

I currently live in FL and hold 2-15 and 2-20 and will be relocating to NC in May.
Does anyone know how to transfer both licenses to NC and change FL licenses to non resident?

You don't "transfer" a license. You get additional licenses.

Start with a non-resident license in NC. After you move, you'll need to apply for a resident license. Then you can convert your FL license to a non-resident license.
