Life Insurance Agent Boot Camp

Hi everyone - as a fairly new agent and not gone through a career agency - I am very eager to get better trained - similar to what a New York Life, Guardian agent would have access to - in terms of mindset, scripts, prospecting etc etc. So my question is - what ways or companies offer a boot camp training program for the newer agent who is simply not getting it from one's local office?

American income life had some of the best training,for brand new agent s, I could get - they are a captive agency but when it comes to training , from my experience , they lay it on .
