Would think he could still qualify for coverage with the fully underwritten companies but expect the premium to be at least double.

You're probably not going to find anyone for this...she's a decline with most carriers I'm aware of, even the ones with bigger build allowances like Hancock and Pru.

I'm not sure just how liberal they are, but RNA will take some that are outside of their ht/wt chart for the Essential. Risk Assessment will be able to tell you for sure.

If term will do, we have a GI Term with LifeShield that could be used.
