Lincoln Heritage Have You Heard ?

Then instead of slamming, why don't we, as agents say which companies are the best! I find this forum to be continually on the negative side, which keeps me away for the most part.

As an independent, I find the "best" price (not always the lowest) for the customer I'm sitting in front of at the time. And that will depend on their circumstance and health. THAT'S my job! It's not to come to a forum and slam which insruance companies have higher premium than another.

Go independent and you won't have an issue, or care!

I have heard that many of the captive and semi captive shops monitor the forums. Just another reason I like being independent. They can all kiss my ( * )

Wino:

I agree. I was captive for 20 years. Since being independent I have talked to other "broker shops" that want me to check my loyalty and contracts at the door. Not going to happen.

What one person sees as slamming another person sees as praise.

Anybody have any legal strategies for going against LH?

A friend of mine who was with LH for about a month just got a letter from LH requesting payment of $180 for lead costs.

When he got his first (and only) batch of "leads", they were so old (and also worked over previously, shock of shocks) that his manager told him that he would credit some back and oops....must have forgotten.

Also, the manager now never responds to calls or emails from his former agent anymore...don't know why.

They also don't want to credit his as earned commissions towards this balance, because he is not "vested".

Suggestion....?
Ideas or previous experiences....?

Thanks !!

No LH is having issues, keep clients out of harm way . I never understood an agent writing a client with a lower rate co. the clients pays our bills and we must look out for them . what good reason is there not to?

Thinker skin? If you're going to come at someone, at least get the thought right!

Yeah, I think, therefore I am!
