It's a satisfying thought that so many of you are scared of the mighty LH...
Terrified.. Quaking in our boots.. How dare anyone publish public information about their rates?.
Fexquotes had the right to publish them as they are public information on file with the insurance departments but rather than waste time arguing with them they removed the rates from their quote engine. Don't know I would have given in so easily but that was their choice. The LH rates are really immaterial anyway becasue all an independent agent needs to know is that almost all the players in the FE market will beat LH 100% of the time on nonsmokers and will most of the time on smokers. The only hard part is prospecting to find the LH nests.

Did the Gunny get whacked? I had an email that he responded to my post.
Well I didn't replace all the LH policies. I had to leave the terminal one. Just about out of contestability.
Both families had been told they would get all their money back if they ever canceled.

Guess their attorneys will be a little preoccupied with these lawsuits to sue us for posting their rates!
Yes, he got whacked and for good cause in my opinion.
Yeah, I seen the post before it was deleted. He threatened to turn you in to "legal" if you posted the rates. Yes, it was aimed directly at you. That's why I posted the rates and then dared him to do it. Before I could get it posted, he was "POOF"....gone!
