I need to find a good and cheap company that will take some of my list and scrub them for valid addresses and help me not to mail to prospect that are no longer there or have an invalid address...

Who do you guys use and who is the best?

"Good" and "cheap" are mutually exclusive.

How about the $19.95/month service that scrubs phone numbers for DNC? Those that get scrubbed and have requested DNC status are more than likely "active" and mailable.

You can call the others.

I did this in the past when I was generating my own mortgage leads. It is tedious because you still have to divide the spreadsheets into C/DNC. Maybe there is something more automated by now...

Do it yourself for much less than having it done for you.

Mark,

I'm assuming from your question you're talking about scrubbing your list against National Change of Address database? We do that with all of our mail and we couldn't get by without it.

It's a service we subscribe to...runs around 2k/year. I'll shoot you an email on it.
