ListShackPro down for the count?

I just spoke to a friend of Josh at ListShack and yes, as some of you asumed, Josh has had some health issues and has friends helping him get a new site up and running. I'm sure they will post to the forum soon. I suspect Josh will not let us down and see to it that the new site is equal or better than before.

No one here will care if the site is better than before until people that lost money start posting they have received a full refund (plus interest)...

At this point it is all too little too late. As many years as Josh was in business he should have had systems in place to keep it running even if he had to step out of the picture. We all have personal issues - health and otherwise. But we should not make our problems cause problems for others, especially not out customers.

I recommended Josh and ListShack for years, but he messed up by not coming onto the Forum. He was able to take the time to go on Facebook with his storey, but couldn't do the same on here. If he had a problem(s), people can be very forgiving....but he waited too long. I do like his new username though.

I'll be sending out an email update tomorrow with some more details to all our existing users. Very sorry for all those that have been having problems... working as fast as I can to get them resolved.

I would not hold my breath on the refunds.

Maybe fulfils the obligation list or whatever they were selling. And super discounts or free access for X amount of time. Who knows. Do believe this is really a new partner? If so who is in charge and who has the final say?
