All together over 240 miles including drive home, 4 appts and 16 drive by aka door knocks to leads that would not answer phone. It was long but I make it as brisk as possible. 1 appt stood me up, 1 guy was busy working (he had an office in his house) and was too busy to take 5 mins so I politely left, no I did not leave him a card since he told me someone came by 3 months ago and then he threw the agents card and info in the trash. Sold the other 2.

Yep Ill remember that on the camera. Probably wont be broadcasting any discussions or presentations due to privacy issues, mine and theirs

I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair due to Cerebral Palsy. The name Gimp affectionately came from my buddy GreenSky. Some people find it offensive but I've got a great sense of humor.
