No question some carriers told them quietly to take down the video .

(a) doesn't surprise me that they did the video
(b) doesn't surprise me that they took it down

I can appreciate their style of "buck the system via loopholes." Part of her video was basically saying,

"What are they going to do to enforce? Arrest you? They can't enforce, so forget them." without being quite so brash - but that's basically what she was implying.

I'm with many agents in that I don't really care about the recoding. I've been recording calls for years in the CRM. I do think verbally saying the disclaimer is just insulting - so I plan to stick it within the welcome message, sped up like the disclaimer section of the lawyer's radio commercial about reverse mortgages...
