Looking for a Good Book on Improving Results of Internet Leads

I'm an insurance agent and a big proponent of internet leads. I believe they are the most cost effective way to grow your book of business.

I've had much success with them but of course stand to improve my techniques of working them. Do you know of any books out there that deal specifically with how to work internet leads effectively? I've seen some telesales books but the focus there is on telemarketing (which I am NOT a big proponent of!).

Any suggestions?

Try picking up the "Internet Marketing for Dummies" book. An easy to use resource for someone just starting out.

You get leads through marketing and perfecting your brand image so look at general marketing books as well and flip to chapters on E-commerce.
