Update: I have found two good ones.

I've learn with Telemarketing leads, only 3 out of 10 are worth killing and you need to buy 20 leads to really get anything from it.

The one that I was using just started sucking all of the sudden.

They set appointments off of FE cards; they work with Securus, or had, exclusively, before burning bridges with EFES.

They did an OK job; appointment-setter turnover is a b*tch -- had 4 within 6 months of working with them.

Was using them briefly -- first batch was good -- now they are sucking hard over the past couple weeks.

I still think your best bet it to hire people off of craigslist, tons of quality people out there looking for work. Tell them you'll offer them a two hour paid interview where you listen to them call and at the end of the paid interview you will either hire them or not. When you find a good one keep them and then pay them what they are worth.

Between a base pay and some bonuses they should end up making $10-15/hr and to me that's what a decent TM should be making in this market.

I tried them and they could only produce 1 lead for me in months. They sucked also.

Sounds about right....He took one IMO for about 15K, and didn't come even close to producing necessary leads....Another Snake out there in the lead industry
