Looking for a Mentor in South Florida

I'm Terry. I recently acquired my 2-20 but didn't fully understand the size of the learning curve involved with commercial insurance. I am looking for mentor/independent agency (commercial) that can spend time training me and help build a road map for success. I come baring gifts. My family has a small business in the state of IL with 20 employees, and they are interested in me being the broker of record. Their policy renewal comes up in may. I worked several years for my family doing sales and purchasing. It involved a lot of B2B interaction, so I am quite comfortable communicating with business owners.
