My first comment is your thread heading and opening comment are quite confusing.
You want a "strong" MAPD agent to remove someone from an MAPD. Makes no sense.

My first question is whose goal? Yours or the clients?
And then, if it is not the client's goal, why would you expect another agent to walk into a conflict situation like that?
