What's the income filter ?
Do you filter apartments? PO Boxes ?
Do you ever have weeks where you get a bunch of 70 -79 year olds ?
Is an agent truly independent if he's on fixed cost leads from his IMO ?

Income filter?-I have no idea. I've always told every lead vendor that I don't want a bottom income filter. I wouldn't even have the age filter but that's standard with FEX so I told Scott to not make an exception just for mine.

Filter apts? PO Boxes?-I don't need filters to do my job. So no, I don't filter apartments. Why would anyone filter apts? Or PO Boxes? I'm not mailing anything to them. I don't understand your question. If it's a PO Box and no phone number then I don't pay for the lead.

70-79 year olds?-I don't know if I get more older people in a specific week. I don't look at them. I print my leads off and put them in whatever county file they belong to. But who cares?

Is an agent truly independent...........- Yes

You guys always picking on Todd. I bet if he took 20 leads with his filter at Lead Connection and you or anyone at your agency took 20 RGI leads he would write more Final Expense premium than you or anyone on your team.

It wouldn't matter if it were in Florida,Georgia,South Carolina either.

Who mentioned Todd? You feeling froggy?

As for the second part of your challenge, I'm not a gambler but I'll take that bet. Any time you get ready. But lets go big stakes, at least $5K on the line.

I guess I'm missing it. I didn't see anyone picking on me.

You are NOT doing Todd any favors with the types of attitudes you are expressing in this and other threads.

So you just take whatever the vendor gives you and your ROI is nearly always the same ?

Or,are you just saying that because when your on set cost it's the lead company,IMO making the rules ?

I get it on the PO Boxes,no phone number.

I don't want want apartments. Many have secured entry doors, intercom systems and of course I door knock my cards.

Ages….over 75 and bad health, especially with tobacco is expensive, just saying if I was on set cost I sure wouldn't want a bunch of 75-79 year olds 3 weeks in a row.

Your on another level, you must have a huge backlog of leads so what you can deal with is very different than a new agent.

I don't know what your problem is dude, but you just need to grow up.

You whine about every damn thing under the sun. You ask questions then argue the answers.

I don't give a shit if you don't want to go to apartments. I don't give a shit if you don't want to work leads on older people or younger people or people in between.

You need training but you refuse to accept training.

And I don't care what you would want if you were on set price leads. What part of that do you fail to understand?

I don't know what your fears are. But you sure are afraid of a lot of shit. And what the hell are you talking about on "rules"? Do you even know?

Obviously whatever "rules" you seem to think you have control over are not working for you or you wouldn't be crying 24/7.

What is your agenda here?

I'm always picking on Todd? That's news to me. I'm friends with Todd. Except for that time that he tried to blow my eardrums out at a NASCAR race.

Sounds like you should be buying 20 Lead Connection leads every week. I'm not sure what your point you are trying to make is. But yes Lead Connection is a good vendor. If he will get you 20 leads per week with the same cost and age guarantee as RGI there is no reason it wouldn't be just as good of a lead as RGI.

Are you saying Todd himself could out sell any of our top agents? Ummmm? I don't think so. Do you mean final expense sales off 20 leads? No. I would take that bet any time. Are you kidding? I think Todd is probably about like me. He can make a great honest living selling if he needs to. But our top guys at selling FE are the best of the best. You aren't even aware of how good those guys are apparently. To claim that Todd or me or any normal mortal could outsell them at the thing they do week after week and have finely tuned their skills at? No. Todd or myself could not buy 20 leads and go out rusty and perform at that level.

I agree with Newby . People don't understand the skill set needed to be a top agent . The amount of desire, determination and work ethic needed to succeed. For instance I will not come home if I'm door knocking and have no sales . I will knock and reknock till I made 1-2 sales . If it takes till 7 pm so be it . If I have to pull out 1-3 yr old leads .If need be put a pic of your family in your car ti motivate . Failure is not an option .
