    I long for the day when I can hang up the phone and not follow with a thought of "Dumbass, what did you expect?" Wrote a quote for someone with a 30K AF loss and she says "that is a bit higher than I was hoping" or adds a new luxury car to the policy and says "why so high?"

    after that send the quote to his email.

    the way you say always changes to different customer or different bs lol

    policy WAS 200/month, adds 2019 F type and wants the premium to remain the same. LHM
