Loss of SSDI and Medicare Qualifying Event?

Friend on SSDI and Medicare. Age 60. Starting a business and may be losing SSDI which means loss of Medicare.

Is this a qualifying event?

Didn't say he was a millionaire. Just that he had access to a significant trust fund.

And he has papers to prove he is not illegal or undocumented. I don't know if the papers are forged or not. Not sure if the trust fund is his or just one he hacks into.
