Al, nationalizing what doctors make will have a drastic decrease on the number of doctors we have in this country.

True in general but also not technically true. As the Brits found, you can bring in a planeload of recent grads from Islamabad Jihad Medical School in Pakistan almost every week if you want, and by the time the Brits are done wating to see a doc they dont care about small issues such as whether they can speak English or not.

With the Carribean so close and places like Guyana, no reason why we cant have a lot of new docs too.What the hey, let it all hang out, tell the illegals to bring their undocumented docs along with em.
