Marketing Budget in the Beginning

You're going to find a lot of what works for some folks isn't working for you and vice-a-versa. You should plan on spending as much as you can afford to and try cold calling, direct mail, internet leads, etc. Ideally, the more the better. For new agents I think cold calling lists work great because it's a cheap way to talk to a lot of people, but not necessarily the golden ticket for everyone.
