"Help On Demand is configured to draw the licensure information from your current CMS Enterprise Portal profile, and therefore generates referrals/leads from all the states in which you are licensed. Due to this, you are unable to pick the states you wish to receive referrals from within the Help On Demand system..." CMS response

NO BIG WAVE YET NO LEADS NOTHING

I only get them from one of the three states I service - the only one I no longer sell in! No way to change settings to exclude that state, not even appointed with a carrier there any more... In case you are wondering, it's Nevada.
