Marketplace Client Accounts Missing Messages for 2015 Renewals

So I have several clients enrolled in the marketplace who received subsidies in 2014. It seems that some of my clients are getting a pdf notice under Messages about the renewal process for 2015 and some clients are not getting any messages in their message box.

Anyone else notice this with their clients? Not sure why some would receive a notice or message and some would not.


To respond to the members who may indicate that maybe the client or member deleted their message , they did not.

Just a guess, but perhaps some of them are set to auto-renew and some are set to manually renew resulting in different messages?

I wouldn't be surprised to find that auto-renews didn't get instructions on how to do nothing (but, of course, should have gotten instructions on how to switch plans if needed).
