Markets for Large Contractors. 4M+ GR

I have a couple companies im trying to quote, one is a excavation/paving company with GR around 4M and payroll around 2M.

The other one im still trying to figure out, but what are competitive companies for such a risk that are not in the excess and surplus lines market.

I have direct access to a few but im sure there are more out there. Just wondering if anyone in NY is familliar with any larger companies that would try and write this risk.

Do you have contracts with them? You may want to call a wholesaler that has admitted markets for contractors.

Peerless premium on the GL was 30K more then who they are currently with so they didn't seem to interested in it, going to try travelers.

Im thinking maybe the hartford but im not sure really.
