I just wish they would be honest and say, "we don't want anymore new business until further notice", instead of making the qualifications for new business impossible to comply with.

Its OK, all the agents can read between the lines.

NW pulled our PL appointment end of 2022 after one year or struggling to place preferred package business with them. They took a large rate increase on home rates towards the end of '22 as well here in Ohio.

They were the most lackluster of all the large carriers I've worked with to date.
