Master List Of All States For Non-Commissionable MAPD and PDP Plans?

Does anyone have a master list they can please post of these plans that exist for 2025? Would appreciate it much. If not, any info for Illinois (Chicagoland region) would be appreciated for the carriers there.

Damn...I don't have Sunfire. I don't use any sort of pay-enrollment software. Just right to carrier. More concerned with MAPD's, too. Appreciate it though.
