You need to study. With basic knowledge you'll KNOW how to choose a company. Heck.. CMS has a publication written in 5th grade English that teaches seniors how to buy. Same info applies to you.

Pick the top three or four most competitive in your state. Those are the only ones, today, that you need to license with and market.

Seniors make the buying decision on the cost.

I live in Michigan. I contact our DOI and all I got is a list of carriers. I was told if I want to know their rate I have to contact each of the carrier.

And between yesterday at 0430 and 2252... what did you do to further yourself? Did you call those carriers? 18 plus hours... what did you learn?

What I'm pushing you about is this... IT'S UP TO YOU! This is a self driven carrier. Most of use that run successful offices "want" to know it all and are willing to do what ever it is to learn. Most of us learned before forums like this existed. Picture it as a ship. We know how to tie knots, fix the valves in the bilge, prime the cooling water pump, wire the signal lights, raise the flag, naviagate shallow waters, and read the skyline for warnings.
