I just saw were Lincoln heritage/Adam Hale golden Memorial just axed Dana Nesen one of their bigger telesales agency's . They were also doing the free lead program . I think the truth be told persistency overall in fe telesales is much much lower than face to face and carriers struggling with profitability . I can see carriers in the future giving less commissions on telesales products . I sometimes ponder who these 1000's of agency's that 100's and 100's and 100's of agents doing $20-$80k of sales a month sell too?There's simply not enough customers out there to be doing that type if business . It's people filling out these leads multiple times .It comes down to replacing each others business no different than the mapd call centers flipping each others plans

I doubt it was persistency She and her agents probably took those free leads and wrote them with a carrier paying higher commissions.

Just curious how your going to handle not being able to access an app if your not the Aor for any person that has an Aca plan? The agent has to do a 3 way call to the market place or state exchange to become the Aor to be able to do a new app.Most of those leads will be low income people that already have a plan and less than 150% fpl that can be moved monthly.

Word on the street is that over 10,000 people are turning 65 every day in the US.

Been that way the last 10 yrs give or take 500 people .It still doesn't explain 10-1 telesales agents doing $20k a month premium vs face to face even 5 yrs ago .Its telling me this a crap load of flipping going on . It's telling me Bertha who filled out 3-5 direct mail cards a yr is filling out 15-20 social media leads . The sad part is these telesales agents on the free leads are just 8-5 workers making a wage basically .
