Rusty on the rules:
house owned by 50 yr old daughter and her mom and dad,,, dad 's health declining and might need nursing home.. If dad goes off the house and goes past the look back period... can the state still go after the house bec the wife is listed as an owner?
Parents are reluctant to let daughter have the house on her own.... any alternatives? daughter has had a history of mental health issues but is fine now... thanks
