Hello all I am a new agent I've been licensed L&H for about a year. I signed with the company and began selling Medicare advantage only- captive and I've been doing that for a year now. Ive grown to hate it somewhat. It doesn't help that the management pretty much hounds you all day and to make up for the low commissions they throw you a gift card here and there. Oh they also find ways to doc your commission (5% decrease in commission if your 85 year old customer doesn't have an email address) I'm looking to get out of this specific product and focus on something that's more customer driven maybe something I can actually earn better commissions on. Any advice here is appreciated.
