Medicare Supplement Solicitation Rules in Colorado?

So, is that Ohio law for real? Somebody posted it in another thread, how it's illegal to contact anybody eligible for medicare. Do they enforce it?? So I guess the client only may initiate contact?

Yes it is for real and Yes they will inforce it you have to do mailers or buy internet leads...once they respond you can call or door knock them but you need to have a lead.
