It is a fairly minor mistake. I still correct my clients when they call asking for a plan D... meaning a drug plan. BUT... when an agent makes the mistake of part/plan.... that shows a total lack of study and comfort with the basics of Medicare.

Oops, my bad once again. Guess I shouldn't start typing at 3:45am after doing taxes for hours. And I am a little rusty since I haven't worked at all since Sept 09 for medical reasons, but I won't be rusty by the time I speak with clients for those concerned about my licensing. I appreciate ya.
Like I said in above post I give thanks to the agents that have made positive comments/feedback; I believe I have found who I hoped to find. The negative commentators can verbally masturbate for a few more pages like you do on others' posts. Should be fun reading.
