How does this work if one has a Dec 1st effective on current policy they can enroll up to Jan 1st
Who are the best carriers to work with on this?
What is the Comp?
Who to avoid?

Is it only same letter, Plan F to Plan F Plan to Plan G?

Best rates I see is

Aflac
Medico
Cigna
ACE

Missouri same plan to same plan .
AARP did a F to a G but tried it latter in year and they said same to same.
As you know state specific and....... carriers can be more loose ie less coverage if they choose. Typically a Blue Cross. Anyone have a cheat sheet for these exceptions?

When I lived there Medico had one of the most generous Anniversary Rule commissions, but that's been a couple of years. Nowadays I have no idea. I know a lot of companies don't pay squat for that business so make sure you call around first.

are there any hoops to go through?

Do they require any documentation?

Proof of anniversary date.

Oh wow I thought you were being sarcastic
Because who would have proof of anniversary date laying around

Yep I just did app with Cigna, and it wanted me to upload something
said I could upload card but it does not have effective date on it
