MO Anniversary Rule

No sarcasm at all. It won't underwrite as Anniversary Rule w/o proof. I always called the carrier and had them email me a statement showing dates if it wasn't on the card.

and Also all the carriers have that info
I mean AARP in NY wont cover preex if you have not had coverage 6 months and if you got coverage 3 months ago they know it and preex you for the other 3 months

If this is about policy effective dates, can't you obtain that information in the insurance coverage section of the My Medicare account?
 
If the client signs into medicare.gov it shows when they signed up for B and a supp (month and year only; not sure if it is the original sign up date but since it gives the company with the supp I'd imagine it would show changes that way too). Not sure about MAP's but I'd presume so.
