Mojo Dialer and Call List

Hey everyone,

I saw a post about the Mojo Dialer and saw it had great reviews. My questions is where do you guys get your cold calling list? I have heard of USAdata.com and sales genie. I want to just buy a a few thousand calls and no monthly fee.

Can anyone help me narrow down a good list to buy. I want to target middle income and I guess age range between 35 to 60? I do not do final expense mostly large term and $25,000 and up whole life policies.

Thanks again everyone!

If you're looking to do term most folks will do ages 30/35 to 50/55 that are married homeowners. If you're looking to start doing FE, usually folks are looking at a 60-75/80 list.

The income filter is a bit tricky because of the way it's sourced. Often times folks will fill out surveys and either misstate their income or it can change. Because records don't get sourced from tax returns (privacy issues), most of the time the income filter equates to more of an educated guess. If there isn't a value for a record it will default to zero so all of those will get lumped in the $0-$14,999/year income grouping even if they are doing quite well financially. One filter that tends to work better is by picking out (or omitting) zip codes and using that as a way of gauging income. Another way of gauging income is using the estimated home values and that can be fairly accurate because it is public record. You can always use the income filter and it can be fairly accurate, but if you try using it and don't get the results your expecting all of the above can be a part of the reason why.

I'm biased towards salesdialers because I work with them, but they do have a lot of features that I think give them an advantage over mojo, plus they are only $99/month using my discount code plus you get 500 free records just for signing up, so I think that's pretty attractive, but again, I'm biased ;)

Thanks for the help. I am confused on how much their house should be worth. Maybe $100,000 to $400,000? Should I include net worth also?

The value of the house is going to vary by the area (if you decide to even use it), for example, in the area where I used to live in NY anyone with a house valued over $100,000 was doing well for themselves, where I live now homes values start at around 300,000 (2 bed/2bath).

Net worth is another filter that is *really* hit or miss. Yes it's available and it can help, but we've called on folks on lists and the lists claim they have a net worth of $500k plus, and they didn't have two nickels to rub together and the other way around too.

Feel free to send me an e-mail or PM with your number if you'd like me to give you a call Monday to go over everything with you over the phone.
