Facebook has so many issues. I can't believe how often they cite a link for Freedom Equity Group to be a violation against cybersecurity standards??

No idea what was in that picture, but it's odd that FB keeps going back through all the group history to find links and accuse it of violating a cybersecurity rule???

Fakebook has no credibility where censorship is concerned. If you don't agree with them, they censor/ban you. Sounds like that's what you're doing with YOUR group.

A good moderator of a fb group wouldn’t roll debt while moderating a insurance group.

Not your call and since you wanted to make that your business... is why you're no longer in the group.

Again, none of your business. I banned a Top of the Table agent for being such an ass because all he kept asking in the group was "show me your 1099" to prove someone's production as expertise.

If you want to believe two people who harassed me about different things at different times and apparently I don't get to moderate them accordingly (which why would we even have moderators to begin with?)... then yes, I'm doing that with 'my' group.

Let's see: 2 people's word vs over 13,000 agents and many of the top respected producers and coaches in the world.

Hmm.... let me think about that.

Well, I can't please everybody so I let them end up with the consequences of their own actions.

I really am a nice and patient guy... but I'll only tolerate so much.

As any normal and rational human being would respond.

And again, I'm not asking anyone in this group how to run or moderate that group. Already did that years ago and I'm not doing it again.

And I TOLD you exactly how to handle it.

Apparently someone only wants to hear what they want to hear.

Go hire a collection agency and SUE him! That's your next step. NOT harassing me.

Well, that's how I address dissenters who are intent on harassing me on things they don't happen to like.

You're getting a slanted perspective from two people who really don't like me much.

The group has lots of activity and lots of discussion. It's one of the best on Facebook.

But if you expect me to solve your personal and professional problems... and keep harassing me about my own decisions... sounds like someone won't be too happy and I'll simply let them see the door.

That's how it would be with ANY Facebook or other discussion group.

People just don't like it when the rules are actually enforced on them. Well, that's why we have rules, moderators, and admins.

The group rules are no different than anywhere else:



But the group will NOT make everyone happy.

I've seen insurance groups where there is little to no moderation. They're trash holes. Lots of spam and porn links.

I won't let this group degenerate into that.

But I won't be a push-over either.

Those who tend to complain the loudest... wish THEY were in charge. Well, they're not. I am. And my job is to use my judgment as I see fit.

And some people just can't handle that and they don't like my judgment.

The more vocal they are, won't get to stay.

No problem.

Dictate all you want but he lacks creditability too. A group run by debtors, and kicks out legit agents, sad really.
