Troll: A person of adult stature who refuses to take ownership of their own problems with someone else and shifts them to someone unrelated to the original problem believing that that will actually solve their problem and whining about it until they get their way.

Well, that's how I address dissenters who are intent on harassing me on things they don't happen to like.

You're getting a slanted perspective from two people who really don't like me much.

The group has lots of activity and lots of discussion. It's one of the best on Facebook.

But if you expect me to solve your personal and professional problems... and keep harassing me about my own decisions... sounds like someone won't be too happy and I'll simply let them see the door.

That's how it would be with ANY Facebook or other discussion group.

People just don't like it when the rules are actually enforced on them. Well, that's why we have rules, moderators, and admins.

The group rules are no different than anywhere else:

But the group will NOT make everyone happy.

I've seen insurance groups where there is little to no moderation. They're trash holes. Lots of spam and porn links.

I won't let this group degenerate into that.

But I won't be a push-over either.

Those who tend to complain the loudest... wish THEY were in charge. Well, they're not. I am. And my job is to use my judgment as I see fit.

And some people just can't handle that and they don't like my judgment.

The more vocal they are, won't get to stay.

No problem.

This forum is very lightly moderated, but it's still private property.

Facebook 'fact-checkers' and 'content moderators' have no sense of humor or contextual cultural phrases or idioms.

I got a few strikes because I'd say something like "That guy should be shot for having come up with a URL like that." It was just an expression, but I wasn't trying to incite anyone to violence... but Facebook doesn't see it like that. So I have to space out words like K I L L and S H O T and probably H A N G E D just so I don't trip some stupid algorithm that will flag my posts.

Fakebook "fact checkers"...pathetic. ***erberg even admitted that the FBI had Fakebook cover up Hunter's laptop. They decide what people can know about. It's sad that a lot of people get their Fake News from Fakebook.
