Personally I would move on. You can buy $40.00 leads on the internet and get a 100% (+ or -) most everywhere.

Does the 40 dollar lead come with a signed app. ? I can almost understand the actual lead cost, but not at 60%.

We started at about $35 or $40 for direct mail leads, but in two months had them down to $22 most weeks, some times $24. They drop for PPL, premium per lead, as low as $16 a lead. Contracts start at 80% minimum. So I know there are better deals out there.
