My response rate for the Monumental drops I did last year were 1.2% and 1.5%. I could not ask for better than that. I just wish I had been able to sell better then.

It's Krazy, I did a Spanish Drop through Chris from Leadconnections a couple of weeks ago and got back over 1.6%
I am looking to hire a bi-lingual agent in the Tampa right now for that specific reason. I only know about 20% of the language and learning. One of my IMO's told me that he has an agent in Miami that does 5-10 apps every week just doing the Latin market. The cost of calling those zips is much less along with a better return on drops.

Actually, our experience is that it's not worth it to try to work down in Miami or Even Broward... The return there is poor and Hispanics tend to tell us how their family will take care of things when they die so the sales ratio is very low... So, we travel to work out of the city!!!
