The captive products from Mon/Trans are Par WL product Fully underwritten.
These are naturally lower priced than an FE Product that has a table 4 built in.

I would say that's right. The one I saw recently was sold by a captive agent. The guy was paying $128.50/mo for $20,000. The regular Mon rate was about $131/mo.
He had to have an exam to get it. This was a large dude. About 325 lbs. I imagine that it was that close to the other rate because it was rated?
