Jerard,

I have no idea who you are...but you are definitely Fex material. We love agents with crazy wives. They work harder so they don't have to go home.
This is what my psychologist calls "projection":laugh:

This was too good to ignore^^^^

Oh, noo...got rid of the crazy wife years ago*. Now have a crazy girl friend.

But as I've always said....'they are all crazy...just some more than others.'

* So far they haven't found the body.

Just because she sticks bananas in her ears, doesn't mean she's crazy.:err:

I spoke with a guy on the phone who was a TM lead. He said he just wrote a policy with Mounumental about 2 weeks ago. He is 6' 0" weights 325 pounds and is diabetic with neuropathy. He also has a very serious mental issue.

He is on Gabapentin and Clostazol. They wrote him at $26 per month on $8,000

With those issues would he qualify for level at Mounumental?

I had a decline with MON because of Gabapentin. I would call UW first before I took an app. :1wink:

Depends on what the gabapentin was prescribed for and the date of the original prescription.

If for diabetic nueropathey then it's no problem since Monumental doesn't ask about neuropathy...but if the Gabapentin is for seizures and prescribed within twelve months then it's a decline...
If the Gabapentin was prescribed over two years ago for seizures then preferred...

You sure?

Underwriters are not allowed to identify the specific reason for the decline due to medical privacy stipulations.

However, if you ask the underwriter which question the client should have answered, "YES" to, then you will at least get a reasonable idea as to the underwriting discrepancy.

Neurotin for diabetic complications such as neuropathy do not decline a person for Transamerica for the 45-85 app.
