Multiple State Licensed??

Guys. I have a corp license in California and will move to Arizons next year. I need to have a Corp lic in AZ. Wondering if I should use my Corp that is CA base get a Licensed in AZ. Or statrt a new Corp In AZ and have Two corp. The cost might be higher in term of filling tax and two book etc. Any ideas.

I think you will want your corporation domiciled where the taxes are lowest. My having two states involved you could possibly get hit my taxes in two states. Talk to a good CPA who knows taxes.
