My Experience With InsuranceAgents.Com

So I know how internet leads work. You win some you lose most... Well when I was contacted by this service I was of course skeptical and had my questions. The sales guy lied through his TEETH. My first 10 leads were bogus, I received the same leads through another online quote system. They told me their leads were their own organic leads and they did not purchase 3rd party leads... lie #2. I asked the sales guy if a customer lies on their lead about claims would I get a refund he said of course.... lie #3, I also asked if their was a limit to the amount of credible leads I could get refunded he said no... THEY HAVE A 20% CAP ON REFUNDS, are you kidding me.... more than 40-50% of online leads are bogus... So is the agent suppose to eat the 20-30%... guess where they are making their money... What a freak'n scam.. Good thing I only gave them $300. Filed complaint with BBB looking forward to an Attorney general complaint. I can't stand when sales people lie and it locks you into a contract.

In other words... If they call you... hang up!

Re: Stay Away from InsuranceAgents.Com

Hi everyone,

I work for InsuranceAgents.com and know that, although sometimes things get miscommunicated, our Customer Service team is more than happy to help agents who have had an unsatisfactory experience. We pride ourselves on our excellent Customer Service--there is no issue that cannot be resolved!

Thank you!

Re: Stay Away from InsuranceAgents.Com

Todd's refund request was granted and he was given a refund. We are not out to steal money. When a relationship does not work, we are more than happy to refund a few dollars if it means keeping agents happy.

Thanks again!

Re: Stay Away from InsuranceAgents.Com

Just a comment not relevant to this particular situation; there should never be a cap on bogus leads. If 50 leads are bogus then 50 leads should be credited.

Re: Stay Away from InsuranceAgents.Com

The squeaky wheel gets the grease.....

Lets see if the agent comes back and verifies refund.....

I always like the, " we miscommunicated" excuse, lame as ever....
