If I recall, I pontificated this was the best damn news I've seen regarding PPACA and survivability of HSA's. Premium cost will be lower, and the governor is savvy to ask for the HHS to fund Nebraskans HSA account with the difference in lower subsidies required. I love how he went against the HHS recommended benchmark plans, and against the "focus" groups in NE.
